You will be asked to Digitally sign a rental agreement. Below is the agreement you would be signing.

ERALY ARRIVAL ONLY WITH APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER. ARRIVAL TIME IS 4:00 PM CST AND CHECK OUT IS 10 AM CST.

Thanks for booking your Gulf vacation with us! Allison and I hope you enjoy your time in Gulf Shores as much as we do. We love our place and we hope you do as well. We are new to vacation rental, so if you have any suggestion about our unit please let us know

Enclosed is our rental agreement as well as rules for the building. The complex has only three units per floor and is considered low density. This is especially nice when peak weeks hit in the summer or spring break. Our floor to ceiling windows will give you quite the view as well as indoor fitness center, sauna, and indoor pool on an inclement day! Bahama Bob's Restaurant is right next door so at least one night could be spent walking over so no driving at all! A local favorite!

Thanks so much for considering our place by the Gulf for your vacation as it is our dream come true to enjoy ourselves and enjoy with new friends! We hope you have a wonderful stay and please feel free to call us if you have any questions or need ideas on trips or things to do. We want to help you create some amazing memories just as we have with our family over the years.

The unit is located in the Island Tower complex at 521 W. Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL 36542, Unit #501. Keys will be in the lock box on the door and the code will be given to you about one week prior to your stay. There will be a parking pass (two if additional purchased) located inside the unit as well.

Cancellation policy:

Bookings cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival, 100% refund.

• Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival, 50% refund. Less than 30 days- no refund

if beach closes PRIOR to your arrival and it is closer than 30 days, we will work with you.

Island Tower Rental Rules and Regulations:

- Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10am CST. Please no early check-ins, but you could arrive to enjoy the beach and local area.

- This is a NON SMOKING UNIT.

- PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN RENTAL UNITS UNDER ANY CONDITIONS.

- We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under age 25 years of age unless

accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Please follow these rules:

- No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear

- No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services. rendered during the stay.

- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and solid dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.

- All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

- No linens are lost or damaged.

- No early check in or late check out has delayed other guests.

- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the complex), law enforcement, the security company employed by the complex.

- Maximum occupancy is based on beds and reasonable comfort according to our policy. Six is the maximum for this unit.

- NO MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

- Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

Hurricane or storm policy -

- The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a "tropical storm/hurricane warning area" and/or

- A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane

Warning" area of residence of the vacationing guest.

- The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation, we will

refund:

Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.

Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the warning is lifted.

Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
